Romania is AMC Nepal’s primary destination for Nepali workers and students in Europe. As a European Union member state with a growing economy and an active labor market, Romania offers real and accessible opportunities across multiple industries. It is also home to some of the most affordable living costs in the EU, making it an attractive first step into European life for Nepali citizens.
AMC Nepal works in direct partnership with two established organizations operating in Romania. For employment, we collaborate with EJS Europe — a licensed recruitment company based in Romania that connects Romanian employers with prepared Nepali workers. For education, we partner with Conachi Academy, which supports Nepali students in applying to Romanian universities and navigating the student visa process.
We do not place workers or students directly — that is the role of our partners. What we do is make sure that every Nepali candidate who goes through AMC Nepal arrives in Romania fully prepared: documents correct, visa process understood, language basics covered and daily life expectations set.

Romania joined the European Union in 2007 and the Schengen Area in 2024, which means that workers and students who establish themselves there gain access to broader European mobility. The country has a population of around 19 million, with Bucharest as its capital and largest city. Romanian is the official language — a Romance language with roots in Latin, which makes it more approachable than many might expect.

Studying in Romania — A Real Option for Nepali Students:
Romanian universities offer internationally recognized degrees across medicine, engineering, computer science, business and the arts. Tuition from approximately €2,000–€5,000 per year. Medical degrees recognized by the Nepal Medical Council. English-taught programs available at many universities.
